Super Bowl Food!!! Hungry Girl....

Whether you're a die-hard sports fan or just there for the halftime show, Super Bowl parties are fun. But it's REALLY easy to over-do it with the chewing. The game is long, there are lots of commercial breaks... and there's food EVERYWHERE. Check out our tips and picks for Super Bowl Sunday -- just don't expect us to predict the winner.

Beer Draft

For some, Super Bowl Sunday's not the same without a brew or two. If that's you, follow these tips to avoid calorie overload...

#1 - Limit yourself. Don't just slug 'em back as quickly as you can drink them. That's not smart and you know it.

#2 - Lighten up. Drink the light stuff. You know you're gonna be drinking and snacking for a while, so it's a good way to pace your intake. On average, you'll save about 35 calories a bottle -- or you can REALLY slim it down and try Select 55 or MGD 64. A bottle of either of those has (you guessed it!) just 55 or 64 calories.

#3 - For every beer you have, drink a glass of water. Alcohol tends to dehydrate you (as do salty snacks). Keep hydrated with actual WATER, instead of grabbing a beer every time you're thirsty.
